Count the eggs

Ospreys usually lay their eggs one or two days apart, and so having laid a second egg yesterday, we’re expecting the Manton Bay female to lay her third and final egg any time. Consequently, every time 5R and his mate change-over incubation duties, we are all very eager to check the contents of the nest. This video – of the latest change-over – shows there are still two, but its only a matter of time before the third appears. Keep watching the webcam!
